Sales Officers Job Banking Industry

Axis Bank is seeking enthusiastic and results-oriented CASA Sales Officers to join team. As a CASA Sales Officer, you will be responsible for acquiring new Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) customers and deepening relationships with existing customers. You will play a vital role in expanding our customer base and contributing to the overall growth of the bank. Responsibilities: Customer Acquisition: Actively identify and pursue potential CASA customers through various channels, including cold calling, door-to-door marketing, networking, referrals, and participation in promotional events. Lead Generation: Generate leads through market research, data analysis, and local community engagement. Product Knowledge: Possess a thorough understanding of the bank's CASA products and services, including features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and associated charges. Effectively communicate these details to potential customers. Sales Pitch & Presentation: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers, addressing their needs and highlighting the value proposition of our CASA offerings. Account Opening: Guide customers through the account opening process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently. Adhere to KYC/AML guidelines and regulatory requirements. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, providing excellent customer service and addressing their queries and concerns promptly.   Cross-selling & Up-selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell other banking products and services to existing CASA customers, maximizing customer lifetime value. Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets for CASA acquisition and other key performance indicators. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards targets. Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager. Market Awareness: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings in the banking industry. Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory guidelines, bank policies, and ethical standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
